  • PolyAquol 2W (Polyglyceryl-2-stearate, stearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate)

  • Oxismooth ST (Isoamyl palmitate stearate)

  • Innollient LO (Octyldodecyl oleate, octyldodecyl stearoyl stearate, polyhydroxystearic acid, octyldodecanol)

  • Macadamia Nut Oil (Macadamia ternifolia seed oil)

  • Lincamul CTA (Cetearyl alcohol)
  • 2.0
  • Oxismooth CO (Isoamyl cocoate)

Phase C

  • Linatural Ultra-3 (Propanediol, phenethyl alcohol, pentylene glycol)

  • Kaduka Plum (Fragrance)

Procedure

Add water and Glystar A-31 to main vessel and begin heating to 78-80˚C, mixing with moderate agitation. Add all phase B ingredients to side kettle and begin heating to 75-80˚C, mixing with moderate agitation. Slowly add Farmal MS 6822 to phase A at 40-45˚C. Once phase A and B are at 75-80˚C and all materials of phase B have melted, add phase B to phase A and mix until homogenous. Turn off heat of main vessel and homogenize batch. Begin cooling to 25-30˚C. Add phase C to main vessel below 40˚C.

Properties

Appearance—white cream; Odor—Kaduka plum; Viscosity—10,000-15,000 cps; pH—5.0-6.0.
